A Bit About Me

At 15, I was dissatisfied with my appearance—a sentiment increasingly common today due to social media’s influence. I tied my self-worth to body image, an approach that often leads to dissatisfaction, as our bodies fluctuate daily based on factors like diet, hydration, and even lighting. Starting rugby, I felt insecure among stronger peers.

Over the next few years, I gained muscle and knowledge through relentless personal research and experimentation, eventually earning a diploma in personal training. However, the pivotal moment in my journey came after losing my father and brother to mental health struggles. This profound loss prompted deep self-reflection, revealing that my perceived sources of happiness and goals were misaligned with my true desires.

During battles with depression, anxiety, and a diminished zest for life, the gym remained my steadfast refuge. Regular exercise and structured programs offered benefits far beyond temporary physical aesthetics; they instilled discipline, self-belief, and mental clarity. I appreciated the tangible results of hard work: adhering to a plan led to looking and feeling how I desired, both physically and mentally.

Recognising that many face similar physical and mental challenges, I became passionate about helping others through exercise, diet, and nutrition. Guiding individuals on their journeys has been incredibly rewarding, and I feel fortunate to have a career that allows me to make a positive impact.
